if beauty is only skin deep, that’s a decent place to start
HARD WORK BEATS TALENT, WHEN TALENT DOESN’T WORK HARD
think BIG; you can make a difference
for every call, always have a list of 15-20 good questions ‘up your sleeve’
try to ask questions your client has never been asked before
watch less TV
unless you have all the answers, surround yourself with people who do
the happiest people don’t always have the best of everything; they make the best of everything
