Thoughts for the Week.
Sales Reminders 101-112
- follow the leader, not the follower
- plan the following week by this Friday
- if you are going to be successful, it’s pretty important that you like yourself
- avoid gossip; it’s energy wasted
- as a part of your prospecting plan, check the ‘help wanted’ section. In today’s economy, this will help you identify the companies that are bouncing back. You do have a prospecting plan don’t you?
- call someone you haven’t seen in a while. Don’t just think about it, do it.
- ask your customers for leads
- focus your energy on today; yesterday’s history
- in a rut? Get out of it by taking responsibility for your own success; set some goals; write them down; don’t sit around waiting for someone else to inspire you; just do it (yourself)
- learn how to learn
Final Thoughts
“Flatter me, and I may not believe you. Criticize me and I may not like you. Ignore me, and I may not forgive you. Encourage me, and I will not forget you.”
– John Maxwell
“The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer everybody else up.”
– Mark Twain
Make it a great week and remember: your values hold you steady, stay with you, guide you and can serve as a great source of encouragement – make sure your know what they are.
