Thought(s) for the Week

Posted on April 25, 2010 under Thoughts for the Week.

“ Everyone has potential…….. It is an infinite resource that cannot be exhausted, but can be lost in the clouds of fear and complacency. It may take courage to embrace the possibilities of your own potential, but once you’ve flown past the summit of your fears, nothing will seem impossible.”    - Michael McKee

Don’t be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.      Ralph Waldo Emerson

Sales Reminder 198-206

  • Trust your instincts.
  • One simple rule:  people do business with folks they know, like and trust.  Where do you fall in those categories?
  • Have enough confidence to fire that difficult client; no matter what, regardless of the economic climate, there has got to be mutual respect.
  • Smile (more)
  • Turn off your PDA daily; you’ve got to have time to plan and to think.
  • Avoid negative people.
  • Check your voice mail; would you call you back?
  • Always work at communicating your personal brand
  •  Final Thought

Thanks for being here and remember to ask yourself daily:  how can I make my client a hero in the eyes of his or her boss?  Have a great week and go out and sell something.
