Thoughts on Sales 283-288

  • The customer’s perception is reality.
  • Customers will find a way to buy from you if they like you.  They will also find a way to not buy from you if they don’t like you.
  • Always have 8 new target accounts in your pipeline.
  • Know where your sales increases are going to come from; they won’t just happen.
  • Manipulating outcomes never provides the best results.
  • A bad attitude cancels all other positive skills.
